There's no place on earth like it.
Rivers Inlet is carved deep into the rugged Coast Mountains of Canada's wild west coast. The inlet is known internationally for the majesty of its scenery, its unspoiled wilderness and for the legendary chinook - the king of salmon. Nestled in a sheltered cove within this spectacular setting floats Rivers Lodge, where, for over three decades, guests from around the world have experienced an unparalleled vacation with the fishing of a lifetime.
A tiny dot on the map where hospitality is legend and the fishing unequalled.
Rivers Lodge is tucked into a sheltered cove (known locally as Sleepy Bay) on the north shore of Rivers Inlet. Rivers Inlet is 260 air miles from Vancouver and is accessible only by float-equipped aircraft or larger boats.
We have our own charter flights from Vancouver to Rivers Lodge on amphibious aircraft... a 2-hour scenic experience. There is also daily service between Vancouver International Airport and Port Hardy, with connecting flights from Port Hardy to Rivers Lodge, approximately 70 air miles across Queen Charlotte Sound.
